In Atlanta We too had Snow in 2017 !! A rare thing in the history itseems!!

I usually don’t follow the weather forecast but i had to follow when i got a notification stating it will snow in our area and we are facing a snow storm. The whole of Atlanta was excited as its a place where we don’t get snow and it was predicted that we would get approximately 1-2 inches of snow but still all my friends were excited. If you know me in person you would know how much i get worried for each and everything so i started bugging my husband z head to work from home as i felt our roads won’t be safe for the snow and i don’t want to risk. But he had to go for work. As it didn’t snow still 10 a.m. i kept quite. But still i was excited as its my first snow in Atlanta and were ready with layering stuffs for both Alizeh and I to get drenched in snow. Around 10.30 a.m. saw the snow slit cum rain but by the moment we got ready it stopped and both alizeh and I were waiting in the sunroom to know when it would start. Then around 11.00 we got snow and just called my husband to start from work and he acknowledged that we will start. So i was relaxed. He reached home before it started heavy with almighty z grace.
When it was heavy i felt BabyA wouldn’t enjoy much but to my surprise she enjoyed to the core where our nap was shifted to the evening slot and she was excited to play and run in thw snow. She saw her bootmarks and made snowballs, tried to catch the snow what not. Maa shaa allah nature teaches us a lot. We had a continuous snow and we went for a walk in the snow. Who would do that? We did it as we enjoyed. Husbandman wasn’t keeping well but still he joined us and we had a blast. The Georgia state isn’t ready for this kind and there are many people who suffered a lot due to power outage. And due to this power outage we had a guest from his office. BabyA welcomed them and played with them and made them feel comfortable. We had wonderful time for sure.
Im pretty sure there would have been accidents happening as they wouldn’t know how to control their vehicles as they aren’t used to drive in snow. So there would be road closures for sure. Luckily we all stayed at home safe and enjoyed the snow al hamdulilah!!
